Antique Pouilly-Fumé‘Antique’ cuvées
Our cuvée L’Antique comes from the oldest vines (Vieilles Vignes) of our Pouilly-Fumé vineyards, grown in the 'Champ Gordé’ parcel, in the village of Tracy-sur-Loire. Harvested by hand and vinified in 228 liters Burgundy barrels, Florian produces a generous and opulent cuvée with juicy texture and striking finesse.
100% Sauvignon Blanc

The grapes are quickly transported to the winery to minimize skin contact before gentle pressing into a pneumatic press. The grape juices are fermented traditionally in stainless steel tanks during 7 to 15 days.
Color: Yellow-green pale color
Nose: A perfumed nose of white flowers, white peach, orange.
Palate: Right and crunchy flavours on the palate match well with the tingling acidity and the attractive touch of bitterness in the finish, lending to a long length.

Lovely lemon zest, minerals, herbs, green mango and flint on the nose. A medium-to full-bodied Pouilly-Fumé with quite uncompromising, mouthwatering acidity and freshness. I love the texture and the fine austerity here, inviting you to drink glass after glass. Enjoy now.
